In his abstract art paintings, Tran Hong Duc often uses thick and rugged lines to concentrate on arranging blocks that are mostly square, rectangular, triangle to show off the geography of land and buildings. The thick layers of color that gave his work a space-efficient effect let us feel that his art world was floating in a fanciful space where everything was bright and vibrant. He is very  confident in changing colors, especially strong colors like yellow, blue, orange, red are still shown but with different tones have brought smoothly. The array changing also makes his paintings be lyrical.
