Helen Keller once said: “Walking with a friend in the dark is better than walking alone in the light”. It seems that this quote is quite sharply depicted through the work "Best Friend" by Le Khac Cuong when he completely uses monochrome colors to express the story he wants to tell. No need to be full of color or too many complicated details, "Best Friend" includes only two main characters occupying the entire frame. They are close, together and share "life" stories that perhaps only they sympathize with. Every bit of that emotion is repeated by Le Khac Cuong with his artistic talent and reflecting light, executing the work though confined in color but still not losing its real depth and vibrations. Perhaps by limiting himself, the artist will become even more creative in the simplest of "tools".
